Maintenance:
1. Do not exceed the speed limit for gasoline engines. Except in emergency situations, the machine should be shut down at low speed.
2. The engine oil should be correct, genuine, and clean, while the gasoline should be clean and fresh.
3. Non professionals are not allowed to adjust the carburetor. When it is necessary to adjust, usually tighten the oil needle clockwise and then counterclockwise by 1.5 to 1.75 turns.
4. The air filter element should be checked more often, cleaned with soap and water, or replaced regularly.
5. After 100 to 300 hours of gasoline engine operation, use wooden or bamboo chips to remove carbon deposits once. When removing, remove the cylinder head and remove the carbon deposits attached to the cylinder, cylinder head, piston, valve, etc. Carbon deposits must not enter the cylinder bore and valve seat.
6. Ensure cleanliness of the gasoline engine, especially the radiator of the cylinder block.
7. When refueling, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining, remove the spark plug cap, do not smoke, and stay away from open flames.
8. Do not operate indoors. During machine operation, unrelated personnel must leave the machine at least 1.5 meters away from the operator.
9. Before and after each use of the machine, check the tightness of the bolts in the work section and other parts.
10. If there is a clutch, do not start the gasoline engine until the clutch is exposed and the machine is not installed properly.
11. Other smooth parts of the machine should be regularly filled with smooth oil or grease according to the instructions as needed
